Job: Human Resources Assistant

Position           : HR Assistant

The Opportunity:
JNT Consulting is seeking an experienced HR Assistant, with high-energy, passionate, analytical with great experiences in HRB System and ADP Payroll. Our client is focused exclusively on highest quality of products and services in the industry.

Job Description:
This position will be responsible of the following; 
  • Recruiting
    • After interview, take candidate back to the airport upon request
    • Manage candidate’s taxi ride reimbursement
    • Maintain the “Open Positions” spreadsheet tracking open and filled positions
    • Enter all candidate data into tracking sheet and keep all data current on a daily basis
    • Update candidate resume position into HRB Recruitment
    • Greet all on-site candidates in lobby and bring into conference room
    • Organize and file resumes by territory
    • Research newspaper pricing and circulation in territories if we were to run an ad upon request
    • Set up initial HR phone screen with candidates
    • Email confirmation of phone screen with HR to candidates

  • New Hires
    • Conduct reference checks (3 references required) for all employees
    • Process background check by entering all information into ADP Screening
    • Selection Services online
    • Submit “New Hire Account Executive” checklist to team for processing
    • Submit new hire form, W4 and direct deposit form to accounting
    • Enter new hire information into ADP HRB system, Active employee spreadsheet, confidential phone list and birthday list
    • Inform Thoits to add new hire to the company list of authorized drivers
    • Send out confidential phone list to Catie and Reed
    • Make copies of all new hire packets and keep stocked

  • New Hire Orientation
    • Collect new hire paperwork
    • Make copies of two forms of ID’s for I-9
    • Collect all benefit paperwork
    • Review Property Agreements with outside sales reps and receive signed before they leave orientation

  • Terminations
    • Run an accrued vacation/personal time report for Michele through ADP EZ Labor
    • Help prepare package that ships out to the termed outside sales rep
    • Enter in ADP Cobra information
    • Terminate all employees benefits
    • Enter termination information into Fidelity online site
    • Remove from Confidential Phone List and Birthday List
    • Move I-9 from active to term
    • Move Proprietary Agreement from active to term
    • Transfer Employee file from active to term
    • Process termination in ADP HRB System

  • Personal Time-Off (PTO)
    • Receive and track voicemails and emails of employees who are out each day
    • Manage attendance tracker for payroll
    • Send reminder email to all employees to submit unscheduled PTO form for payroll processing

  • Payroll
    • Submit attendance tracker on Monday to payroll for processing after confirming that all requests have been submitted in the ADP EZ Labor system
    • Ensure that all necessary paperwork has been submitted to payroll: New hire form, new employee benefits/change form and Notice of change/time-off form
    • Submit 401k changes from Fidelity report on a monthly basis
    • Submit FSA enrollment information

  • Benefits
    • Gather all employee benefit paperwork
    • Manage benefit administration in ADP HRB system
    • Have to stay up-to-date on the coverage in order to answer any questions
    • Participate in any meetings with Benefit broker
    • Review the Benefit Rates sheets and Benefit booklet with broker making necessary changes
    • Input benefits at least 14 days prior to eligible benefit start date
    • Make copies of medical and dental application
    • Input all data into ADP HRB system to enroll employee
      • PPO
      • Kaiser
      • Dental
      • Vision
      • Life
      • Chiropractic
    • Ensure that all information entered is correct
    • Work with carrier to solve any coverage problems employees may have
    • Update address changes for employees
    • Keep all benefit booklets, applications, carrier booklets stocked
    • Coordinate benefit open enrollments
    • Once a year September open enrollment
    • AFLAC in May
    • FSA in December
    • Run invoice report through ADP HRB to reconcile carrier invoices

  • Miscellaneous Support Role
    • Prepare information for monthly Expressions
    • Birthdays
    • Anniversaries
    • Policy Updates
    • Update intranet HR content
    • All employee file audit
    • Keep HR inventory stocked
    • Create requested memos
    • Distribution of all memo
    • Attend EDD seminars as well as employment law update seminars
    • Keep open communication with Michele and updating her on things that are going on
    • Produce employee address labels for Reed every holiday season
    • Distributed flashlights to all managers for safety
    • Call temporary job orders into agencies when Manager is out of the office
    • Run headcount reports monthly from ADP Reporting for main spreadsheet
    • Run new hire report monthly from ADP Reporting
    • Run termination report monthly from ADP Reporting
    • Make myself readily available for anything that comes my way

Requirements:
Must be highly motivated, willing and able to execute all responsibilities
Must have strong competencies in HRB and ADP Systems, excellent communication and analytical skills.

Candidate Qualifications & Experience
  • BS Degree or equivalent
  • 3 - 5 years experience as HR Assistant or in similar role
  • Autonomous self-starter, ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • Highly organized

Job: Regional Vice President - Asia Pacific

Position Title: Regional Vice President, Asia-Pacific 
Reports To: President, International Affiliate Division
Location: Asia-Pacific Region (base in Singapore or within the regional areas)

The Opportunity:
JNT Consulting is seeking an experienced professional, with entrepreneurial abilities, cross  culturally and regionally savvy with strategic competencies to operate in the Asia Pacific Region. Resident in the region is preferred.



Descriptive Responsibilities:
The position oversees and supports / improves ‘operations’ activities of countries in the region, in line with organization’s quality standards. Leads training, technical assistance and capacity building efforts of key country staff in the region. Supports, business/strategic planning and budgeting processes as well as oversees their effective execution in countries within region

Drives and/or supports effective fundraising efforts for countries in the region and for regional costs at the International Division. Develops and maintains effective relationships with key country staff, board members and sponsor representatives in the region. Travels strategically and makes productive visits that results in improved operations of countries in the region. Being well informed and involved, communicates and reports effectively on the state of country operations in the region

Technical Competencies:

• Results driven approach
