Descriptive Responsibilities:
Will lead the team and  play the role of Chief Architect for new camera developments. Responsibilities include design, development, testing, and verification of cameras with the following specific duties:

  • Develop Image/Video Processing and Enhancement Algorithms 
  • Digital Circuit and FPGA Design (Image/Video Processing and Enhancement, Memory Controller) in the Xilinx Virtex-4 or Spartan-3 Platform or Altera platforms.
  • Write test requirements, test specifications, validation plans & reports and test procedures to verify that the design meets all requirements.


Technical Requirements:
  • Solid experience in digital and FPGA design 
  • Experienced in designing digital circuits and FPGA necessary to create cutting edge CCD and CMOS camera designs for the industrial camera market. 
  • Strong knowledge of CCD and CMOS camera design
  • Strong knowledge of VHDL, Xilinx ISE and EDK, ModelSim
  • Strong experience with FPGA design flow & System partitioning (Software, Firmware, and Hardware)

The Opportunity:
JNT Consulting is currently searching of active and go-getter individuals who are interested to be a part of a leading Pharmaceutical Company that is growing through the development and commercialization of specialized treatment of cancers and inflammatory diseases. Client is building an expansion of sales force into the new Marketplace. The sales representatives will be the sole sales rep in their territory, but part of an integrated field team where each role will support the various customer and business needs. We are searching of forward-thinking, creative and experienced pharmaceutical sales professionals who possess the following competencies to become part of the team/company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop non-customers, sales leads and all potential animal health or research opportunities in assigned region.
  • Play a vital role in the overall welfare of the company. Because of limited distribution in the country, the field sales team will sustain calls on customers on a regular basis. Visit customers to discuss their needs, providing technical resources, promoting new products and applications, gathering referrals, and general customer courtesy calls.
  • Prepare customer presentations and general follow-up, as well as scheduling appointments for demonstrations (as necessary) to customers
  • Interact with associates in sales administration, customer service and technical support using established procedures to avoid miscommunication
  • Participate in the development of corporate and product branding
  • Facilitate technical training and sales within a territory
  • Keep current with market knowledge and competitive products
  • Maintain a professional image 
  • Participate in all training and sales meetings
  • Plan and organize territory to meet goals and minimum detail requirements
  • Make complete, accurate and timely submission of all time-keeping, call activity, sample activity and expense reports required hereunder
  • Responsible compliance with promotional program, use of promotional materials, promotional expense budgets, legal requirements, policies and procedures
  • Have appropriate interaction with partners or counterparts; create value for the customer - balance immediate needs and objectives with building a long term relationship and goals with the customer
Competency Requirements: 
  • Eligible for US Employment
  • Advanced degree in business administration or relative specialized discipline, preferred
  • Degree focus in either veterinary or medicine or equivalent
  • 2+ years Pharmaceutical sales experience and/or 1 plus years of high performance Business to Business sales experience
  • Demonstrate stamina, work in the entire region in the field, calling on current and prospective customers
  • Capable to extensive driving and travels with excellent DMV records
  • Experienced in clinical research and veterinary industry (optional)
  • Experienced in marketing and sales environments a plus
  • Successful understanding of the retail pharmacy and market access strategies
  • Ability to work in a team selling situation
  • Superior sales, analytical, and organizational skills are essential
  • Demonstrated leadership in community and/or professional organizations
  • Ability to learn new clinical concepts and understand the marketplace
  • Capable of lifting at least 50 pounds (as necessary)
