JNT Consulting is seeking an experienced executive in business development focused in Information Technology Solutions within the environments of Banking, Finance, Securities and Insurance. Descriptive Responsibilities:
This position will use ‘Guanxi’ to develop and grow large scale relationships for new accounts within verticals of banking, finance, securities and insurance. Prospect clients, create a go to market plan for the identified territory and industry. Generate new account relationships into a multimillion engagements. Build credibility, gain market shares in the territory. Ensure high customer satisfaction, work with project teams and achieve committed quality of service and nurture relationships.  Must understand technology and vertical platforms in order to create and craft strategic solutions that will match customer needs. Create Business plan and achieve goals. Work with delivery teams to generate proposals and execute bid responses.

Technical Requirements:
1. Strong demonstration of ‘Guanxi’ within the target territory industry, strongly preferred
2. Strong proficiency in Mandarin and other Chinese business languages
3. Experienced in the domains of banking, finance, securities and insurance plus IT services and products
4. Knowledgeable in technology trends and applications for telecom business, including strategic competencies in meeting customer’s business needs
5. Experienced in building relationships with C suite executives, expand relationships into sales 
6. Demonstrable competencies and experiences Global Delivery Model (onshore, nearshore, offshore)
7. Demonstrable evidence of consistent target achievement and ‘large business deal’ management
8. Experienced in pro-active demand generation; account research, prospecting, competitive analysis, leveraging analytics, go to market plans for specific campaigns, eco-system partnerships

 Candidate Qualifications & Competencies:
  • 10 years of experience in selling software services to fortune 500 in Enterprise solutions delivery
  • MBA or MS Degree or BS Degree in related field
  • Bilingual proficiency in Chinese business languages and English
  • Articulate in both verbal and written communications, strong time management and organization
  • Demonstrable leadership and proven management competencies

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop non-customers, sales leads and all potential animal health or research opportunities in assigned region.
  • Play a vital role in the overall welfare of the company. Because of limited distribution in the country, the field sales team will sustain calls on customers on a regular basis. Visit customers to discuss their needs, providing technical resources, promoting new products and applications, gathering referrals, and general customer courtesy calls.
  • Prepare customer presentations and general follow-up, as well as scheduling appointments for demonstrations (as necessary) to customers
  • Interact with associates in sales administration, customer service and technical support using established procedures to avoid miscommunication
  • Participate in the development of corporate and product branding

  • Have appropriate interaction with partners or counterparts; create value for the customer - balance immediate needs and objectives with building a long term relationship and goals with the customer
Competency Requirements: 
  • Eligible for US Employment
  • Advanced degree in business administration or relative specialized discipline, preferred
  • Degree focus in either veterinary or medicine or equivalent
  • 2+ years Pharmaceutical sales experience and/or 1 plus years of high performance Business to Business sales experience
  • Demonstrate stamina, work in the entire region in the field, calling on current and prospective customers
  • Capable to extensive driving and travels with excellent DMV records
  • Experienced in clinical research and veterinary industry (optional)
  • Experienced in marketing and sales environments a plus
  • Successful understanding of the retail pharmacy and market access strategies
  • Ability to work in a team selling situation
  • Superior sales, analytical, and organizational skills are essential
  • Demonstrated leadership in community and/or professional organizations
  • Ability to learn new clinical concepts and understand the marketplace
  • Capable of lifting at least 50 pounds (as necessary)
