Job Responsibilities:

    • Manage candidate’s taxi ride reimbursement
    • Maintain the “Open Positions” spreadsheet tracking open and filled positions
    • Enter all candidate data into tracking sheet and keep all data current on a daily basis
    • Update candidate resume position into HRB Recruitment
    • Greet all on-site candidates in lobby and bring into conference room
    • Organize and file resumes by territory
    • Research newspaper pricing and circulation in territories if we were to run an ad upon request
    • Set up initial HR phone screen with candidates
    • Email confirmation of phone screen with HR to candidates

  • New Hires
    • Conduct reference checks (3 references required) for all employees
    • Process background check by entering all information into ADP Screening
    • Selection Services online
    • Submit “New Hire Account Executive” checklist to team for processing
    • Submit new hire form, W4 and direct deposit form to accounting
    • Enter new hire information into ADP HRB system, Active employee spreadsheet, confidential phone list and birthday list
    • Inform Thoits to add new hire to the company list of authorized drivers

Drives and/or supports effective fundraising efforts for countries in the region and for regional costs at the International Division. Develops and maintains effective relationships with key country staff, board members and sponsor representatives in the region. Travels strategically and makes productive visits that results in improved operations of countries in the region. Being well informed and involved, communicates and reports effectively on the state of country operations in the region
