Position: Vice President, Hardware Engineering

Overview:
We are searching a seasoned executive to drive the hardware engineering program. This is a leadership position with ownership of hardware products, including ASICs/FPGAs, PCBs, and mechanical subsystems throughout the product lifecycle.
This individual will take direct responsibility for a multi-disciplinary, geographically distributed team – with offshore as well as onshore resources. Must exhibit business, managerial and technical expertise in all facets of building a hardware product for volume manufacturing – budgeting, specification, design, methodology, prototyping, bringup, validation, handoff to manufacturing, and ongoing support of released products. You will also make substantial contributions to the hardware program roadmap. Will help drive OEM and technology partnership opportunities with hardware devices.
Technical Competencies Requirements:
• 15+ years of hardware engineering experience, including 5+ years of management experience with direct responsibility for ASIC and system throughout lifecycle
• Startup experienced coupled with successful commercial release of a ASIC product is preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading several cycles of complex ASIC design, verification, bringup, and volume release
• Deep technical expertise in ASIC design and verification
• Strong understanding of PCB design, layout, and best practices for volume manufacturability
• Strong knowledge of eASIC and other structured ASIC flows strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of mechanical enclosure design cycle and integration with system.
• Exceptional passion for building great teams, mentoring, and coaching.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• MSEE degree or equivalent + Experience
Managerial Responsibilities:
• Direct responsibility for geographically distributed ASIC design, ASIC verification, and systems teams.
• Own and drive best practices of development methodology, ASIC verification, processes, metrics, and tools for ASICs and systems.
• Manage budget, resource allocations, oversee successful planning and execution for multiple projects throughout their lifecycle
• Contribute to product strategy, objectives and plans.
Technical Responsibilities:
• Review technical product specifications, architecture, design, verification, and testing at ASIC and system level throughout the product cycle.
• Provide ongoing technical leadership through contributions to technical product specification, implementation, debugging, and architecture.
• Work closely with product management and software engineering teams on requirements, roadmap, specification, hw/sw integration, and ongoing support

1. Maintains a working knowledge of ICD9 and CPT coding principles, governmental regulations, protocols and third party requirements regarding billing and billing documentation for all patient types, applying knowledge to coding and abstracting of medical records.
2. Coordinates and conducts chart reviews of all patient types based on the compliance program to ensure compliance with coding and documentation guidelines and all governmental rules and regulations. Provides follow-up educational sessions and information to physicians, coding staff, etc. based on the findings of the audits.
3. Concurrently reviews inpatient records to identify areas of incomplete documentation.
4. Develops and maintains a close working relationship with physicians and other clinicians to assure as full as understanding of documentation and coding guidelines as possible is achieved, resulting in the accurate representation of services provided and diagnoses reported.
5. Develops and interprets reports to assist in the review and analysis of the documentation and coding patterns of providers.
6. Serves as a resource with regard to the rules of ICD9 Diagnoses and Procedure Codes, CPT Codes and modifiers to ensure accurate reimbursement for services rendered.
7. Provides operational direction to department staff in the absence of Director and Assistant Director.

JNT Consulting LLC is seeking an experienced Documentation Compliance Coordinator(RHIT)
Position: Documentation Compliance Coordinator (RHIT)
Location: South Carolina
Code: JNSC-091019
Responsibilities:
1. Maintains a working knowledge of ICD9 and CPT coding principles, governmental regulations, protocols and third party requirements regarding billing and billing documentation for all patient types, applying knowledge to coding and abstracting of medical records.
2. Coordinates and conducts chart reviews of all patient types based on the compliance program to ensure compliance with coding and documentation guidelines and all governmental rules and regulations. Provides follow-up educational sessions and information to physicians, coding staff, etc. based on the findings of the audits.
3. Concurrently reviews inpatient records to identify areas of incomplete documentation.
4. Develops and maintains a close working relationship with physicians and other clinicians to assure as full as understanding of documentation and coding guidelines as possible is achieved, resulting in the accurate representation of services provided and diagnoses reported.
5. Develops and interprets reports to assist in the review and analysis of the documentation and coding patterns of providers.
6. Serves as a resource with regard to the rules of ICD9 Diagnoses and Procedure Codes, CPT Codes and modifiers to ensure accurate reimbursement for services rendered.
7. Provides operational direction to department staff in the absence of Director and Assistant Director.

Competencies:
1. Associate Degree with designation of RHIT credential + three years of coding experience.
2. Must have prior supervisory/management experience
3. Experienced in developing and conducting staff and physician educational programs.
4. Must possess the ability to work with little direct supervision and have the ability to make decisions and establish priorities.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
6. Or Associate Degree in Nursing with current South Carolina licensure.
7. Must have at least three years of clinical experience in addition to prior supervisory experience
