This position will be a Team Member of the FPGA Development Digital RF based for mobile applications and advanced wireless communication products.  Work with RF team on design requirements and analysis for generating FPGA images, specifications, architecture, coding, test bench design, verification, synthesis, timing closure,  FPGA place and route, and other emulation platforms.

Work with software developers for validation of the entire product or system and have a hands-on role in product integration and debugging utilizing various lab bench equipments and tools. Demonstrate problem solving competencies and work well in a growing team.

Technical Requirements:
1. Hands-on experienced in Xilinx FPGA platforms, FPGA synthesis and timing closure
2. Solid experience and hands-on in design, able to debug digital hardware circuits using lab equipments, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.

This position will be responsible for the front-end component specifications and help drive the overall systems requirements. Work with FPGA designers on overall system budget analysis, drive FPGA specifications, and systems budgets.  Provide solutions to issues that arise from non-linear systems. Responsibility covers RF Transceiver Integration, RF System Architecture, Verilog and FPGA development, ADS and Matlab simulations, RF Optimization and matching under VSWR, Testing of Wifi, WiMax and cellular systems.  Execute optimization to validate performance and other functions relative to this role.

Technical Requirements:
1. Solid understanding of RF PLL, LNA, PGA in Direct IQ and Small Signal Polar architectures, ADC  and DAC implementations and digital algorithms
2. Strong competencies in Verilog, FPGA development, ADS and MATLAB simulations
3. Solid knowledge and experience in S-parameters and component matching.
4. Must be experienced in matching under VSWR conditions
5. Hands-on experienced in WiFi, WiMax or Cellular systems
6. Experienced in RF Systems be able to generate front end system lineups
7. Experienced in Analog circuits in an RF Transceiver
8. Experienced in debugging and optimizing RF parameter such as EVM, ACLR, SNR and BER

• Startup experienced coupled with successful commercial release of a ASIC product is preferred.

• Strong understanding of PCB design, layout, and best practices for volume manufacturability

Overview:
We are searching for a competent Senior Java Software Engineer who will join the Enterprise Engineering Team. This individual will be contributing to the development of the hub of the Management Server. The Management Server manages the entire deployment of the Virtual Desktop Solution in diverse customer environments.

While it is a cutting edge of technology, we are constantly exposed to new and exciting challenges. The Senior Java Software Engineer will own and immediately contribute to key areas of the Management Server, including scalability, redundancy, and robustness. 

Technical Competencies Requirements:
• 5-7 years of experience in software engineering, with emphasis on high-performance, high-availability, server-side enterprise applications
• 5+ years professional Java software development experience
• Experienced in multi-threaded programming and web services (SOAP, WSDL, etc.) a must.
• Experienced with SQL preferred.
• Strong competencies of software design principle, Object Oriented Methodology, Design Patterns
• Strong understanding of available open source frameworks, and their applicability
• Strong understanding of network fundamentals and client server architecture and embedded systems
• Creative problem solving ability and self-starter
• A proven track record of active involvement with full product lifecycles
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a team player attitude

Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for architecting and implementing robust, scalable solutions and novel algorithms to achieve the required functions in Desktop Management.

Rapid development takes place in a Java framework, using OpenLaszlo for the front-end administrative page, and PostgreSQL for the storing the data in the back-end. Using various transport standards (XML-RPC, LDAP, etc) and custom transports, the Server communicates to hypervisors, authentication servers, hardware devices and Windows Virtual Machines to orchestrate the desired behavior by administrators and end-users. It is built to be fast, simple and robust.

Will architect modules and develop new or improve existing features for the Management Server. Will aid in the planning, scheduling and execution of assignment milestones. Will aid in developing the test environment to ensure the scalability and robustness of the Management Server. Will work closely with the QA organization to root cause issues and provide guidance for testing. Will work with customer support organization to resolve issues. Will demonstrate support to achieve certain milestones and customer related issues

Overview:
We are looking for a unique Senior QA and Test Development Engineer with the right blend of skills, experience, education, and attitude. This individual will be a member of a dedicated QA team to design and implement functional tests for each component and system tests for the solution as a whole. The successful candidate will be expected to build strong ties with development team and provide leadership on test planning and test tracking tools.

Technical Competencies Requirements:
• A BS Computer Science Degree, Computer Engineering Degree, or equivalent is required.
• MS is a plus
• Must have at least 5-7 years of experience testing large-scale software, including functional test design, system test design, defect management, building and/or using third party automated testing tools, and writing test scripts.
• Must have experience with basic Linux/Windows systems administration skills including network configuration and lab setup skills.
• Experienced in testing complex management servers with graphical/web user interfaces.
• Experienced in Device driver testing in Windows environment
• Experienced with virtualization domain (Vmware ESX ,Citrix XenServer or Microsoft Hyper-V)
• Strong familiarity with Active Directory
• Strong scripting experienced with Power Shell/Python
• Very strong competencies of virtualization
