Descriptive Responsibilities:
The following technical highlights are requirements and focus of specific position. Each function will be required to demonstrate and provide solutions to issues that will arise within the engineering responsibilities. Execute technical expertise that will be required, optimization to performance and other functions relative to this role. Work with other teams like developers, designers, and other engineers for validation of the entire product or system and integrating and debugging issues. Demonstrate problem solving competencies and work well in a growing environment.
Position Code A - (Embedded Software)
Design Assembly, C, C++, RTOS, Driver Development, Kernel Development, Network Level Development, DSP Algorithm Development, & System Level Development. Developing enterprise solutions for Java Enterprise Edition (JEE) in a SOA environment. Experience required in object oriented programming, design patterns, XML, JMS, Web Services, and SOAP, GlassFish, WebLogic, JBoss, etc), continuous integration, EJBs, or JAXB.
Position Code B - (Software Development)
802.11, Bluetooth, VOIP, TCP/IP, Middleware and Network Protocol Development. Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis, Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD) Software modeling and simulation

Position Code D – (QA & Test Engineering)
Verification and Test, QA Engineering, Software Test, Verification and Validation Test, Test Development, Test Automation (LabView) LabWindows CVI and TestStand, IIS, TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing, SQL Server, Security, and C#, VMWare virtualization environments, performance and scalability tests for network applications
Position Code E - (Circuit Design Engineer)
Analog, Digital, Mixed Signal, FPGA, ASIC, Power Supply, Radio Frequency (RF), and Microwave, Analyze system requirements, capacity, cost, and customer needs to determine feasibility of project and develop system plan. Confer with engineers, customers, vendors or others to discuss existing and potential engineering projects or products.Evaluate operational systems, prototypes and proposals and recommend repair or design modifications, based on factors such as environment, service, cost, and system capabilities. Develop and perform operational, maintenance, and testing procedures for electronic products, components, equipment, and systems. Provide technical support and instruction to staff or customers regarding equipment standards, assisting with specific, difficult in-service engineering.
Position Code F- (Systems Engineering)
Solid understanding of RF PLL, LNA, PGA in Direct IQ and Small Signal Polar architectures, ADC and DAC implementations and digital algorithms, competencies in Verilog, FPGA development, ADS and MATLAB simulations, experience in S-parameters and component matching, RF Systems be able to generate front end system lineups, Analog circuits in an RF Transceiver, optimizing RF parameter such as EVM, ACLR, SNR and BER
Candidate Qualifications & Competencies:
- BSEE Degree or equivalent + 7 to 10 years of experience or
- MSEE or equivalent + 9 years of experience or
- PhD + 6 years of experience
- Must have identified experience in all technical areas identified in each position
- Competencies in business and customer relationships including partnerships
