The Opportunity:

JNT Consulting is seeking an experienced leader of engineering team, who will lead a development team that will build a solid infrastructure for a growing mobile e-commerce. Descriptive Responsibilities:

This position will be leading a team of engineering development. Manage the day-to-day operation of the development team that include; from concepts to technical specifications up to implementation operations. Manages and develops A-team of engineers. Sustain high level of productivity among team members. Collaborate with various teams in defining project scope, priorities and timelines.

Technical Requirements:

1. Experienced in software development, software engineering and in leading teams in fast paced environments

2. Demonstrable communication competence by articulating clearly and concisely the designs, decisions, trade-offs, code walk-throughs, and bugs

3. Demonstrable  

4. Demonstrable competencies and experiences in Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP5, Symfony Framework, IOS, Android app development: Objective-C, Cocoa Touch, JSON

5. Experienced in the environments of social media and e-commerce are pluses

6. Develops highly flexible well-integrated CRM

7. Demonstrable passion in developing, building, delivering world-class product through simple solutions

Candidate Qualifications & Competencies:

• 5 plus years of experience in software engineering and development
• 3+ plus years of experience in leading a team of 3 up to 10
• Demonstrable leadership and proven management competencies
• Excellent written, verbal communication skills, competencies in collaborative and team oriented environments
• Demonstrable high energy, ‘can do attitude’, flexibility, team work, attention to details, high degree of initiative, strategic thinker
• BS Degree plus experience
• Competencies of a Team Leader and key player in a growing organization
• Competencies in motivating others, communicator, analytical and problem solver
